Major Show Steer and Heifer Validation
Refugio 4-H County Council Elections will be held on July 11, 2021 at 3:00PM at the Extension Office Refugio 4-H County Council Officer Positions are: President Vice President Council Delegate Secretary Treasurer Health and Safety Officer Parliamentarian Copies of the Bylaws are available upon request to read through each officer positions duties and responsibilities. Must be present to run for a position.
The annual South Texas Cattlemen’s Roundup Auction benefitting Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Beeville at the Beeville Livestock Auction.
County Steer Validation If your child will show a steer in the 2022 Refugio County Jr. Livestock Show, please contact the Extension Office by 5PM on Thursday, August 19, 2021. These steers will ONLY be eligible to show in the Refugio County Jr. Livestock Show (NOT in any major shows). Validation tags are free, we just need to know who plans to validate county only steers.
