2023-2024 Refugio County 4-H Enrollment

  • Enrollment for the 2023-2024 Texas 4-H Year Starts AUGUST 15, 2023.
  • The annual participation fee is $25.00 for enrollment from August 15, 2023 through October 31, 2023.
  • Beginning November 1, 2023, the enrollment fee increases to $30.00.
  • New this year, the participation fee for Clover Kids is $10.

Here are some things to remember as you re-enroll for the 2023-2024 4-H year:

  • If you have forgotten your e-mail address or password – DO NOT create another profile in 4-H Online.  Call the office and we can help you get logged in!
  • If you are 8 and in the 3rd grade and enrolling in 4-H – WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1st to enroll! Enrolling them before the official 4-H year starts on September 1st will not charge a participation fee and consider them a Clover Kid for the year.
