County Steer Validation If your child will show a steer in the 2022 Refugio County Jr. Livestock Show, please contact the Extension Office by 5PM on Thursday, August 19, 2021. These steers will ONLY be eligible to show in the Refugio County Jr. Livestock Show (NOT in any major shows). Validation tags are free, we just need to know who plans to validate county only steers. County Rabbit Validation

Multi-Purpose Building 245 Fairgrounds Rd, Refugio, TX, United States

Market and Pee Wee rabbits will be tattooed and validated on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the new Multi-Purpose Bldg at the Refugio County Fairgrounds. Validation starts at 4:30PM. You must be in line by 5:30PM to get your rabbits validated. Each market exhibitor may show 2 pens of 3 fryers but extra rabbits may be validated.
