2022 Major Show SWINE Validation Tag Orders (order form is attached):

1. Completed form and payment are due in the Extension Office on Thursday, September 23, 2021
2. Each tag costs $17.00
3. Late tags ordered after 8/23/21 will cost $27 each
4. Checks should be made payable to: Youth Ag Fund
5. Validation & tagging will take place on November 29, 2021
6. This order form is ONLY for Major Shows
7. If you only plan to show swine in the 2022 Refugio Co Jr Livestock show, county only validation will take place in December 2021
